GLÂNZ takes great care in shipping goods to you so every item arrives in irresistibly delicious conditions.
How long will my order take to ship?
Unless otherwise posted, our orders are processed Monday - Friday from 9 am - 5 pm MST. We will ship the following business day, except when orders include herbal formulas which take two business days to make. Orders ship Monday through Friday (until 1:30 pm MST). Any orders received Fridays after 12pm MST will be shipped Monday morning. day.

How do I get free shipping?
All orders over $108 receive free shipping. For smaller orders, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee of per order.
Packaging
We make a conscious effort to avoid the use of any plastic or single use plastic material.
GLÂNZ glass jars and metal lids are re-usable and 100% recyclable.
GLÂNZ labels are made of sateen cloth/paper and can be removed by soaking jars for 5-10 minutes in hot water.
Shipping boxes are made of paper and our merchandise is wrapped and packaged up in recycled newspaper.
Deposit System
We re-use our jars! In a constant effort to reduce the usage of resources, we kindly ask you to return any empty GLÂNZ jars. Please don’t run them in the dishwasher! Rather, scrape every last bit of ghee and schmear out, and jars when you pick up your next order at the Telluride pick up location, or Farmer’s Market booth. Retail partners don’t take empty jars.
